libflann1.7 software package provides Fast Library for Approximate Nearest Neighbors - runtime, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libflann1.7
libflann1.7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libflann1.7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libflann1.7 *
You will get with libflann1.7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
